Shipping policy
ORDER PROCESSING:
Please allow up 2-4 days to process your order and to be dispatched. Expect an email to let you know your order is on the way!
FLAT RATE SHIPPING
- Orders are generally shipped within 2-4 days using Royal Mail tracked so you can keep an eye on your package as it makes its way to you.
- Flat rate shipping fee of £4.95 applies to orders shipping within the Northern Ireland and UK.
- We offer international shipping to Republic of Ireland. Flat rate shipping fee of £5.95 applies.
- We ship via An Post Standard, and you can expect your package to arrive within 2-3 days from dispatch. Plus, no import duties because we ship directly with An Post.
In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at info@adorafashion.co.uk with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
Please note that while we do our utmost to ensure that the images on the website and on social media are a 100% true representation of the product, screen resolution can affect the appearance of an item. We take our own pictures where possible (and in natural lighting) and are happy to provide any further information that you may require regarding the colouring of an item. Printed fabrics may appear a little different, depending on where the print falls on the fabric and where it has been cut - this is normal and natural on printed fabrics and is not considered a fault or distortion. It is common for items delivered via postage service to be creased in transit - this is normal in online clothing purchasing and is not considered a fault.
