Refund policy

Please note unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items discounted 50% off or more as reduced to final sale. 

We want you to be absolutely thrilled with your purchase but we understand sometimes things don't work out due to sizes or a change of mind. If you need to return an item, we've got you covered. In order to be eligible for a refund, you have to return the item within 14 days from the delivery of your order. 

1. To start a return log into your account on our website using the email address you used to purchase your order. No password is required you will be sent a 6-digit code to your email to log in. 

2. Click into your orders and select the items you are requesting to return. 

3. Package items up including the package slip that came with your order. 

4. Post back return

Please Note:
  • The cost of returning the goods and the safe return of the order is the customers responsibility. We do not cover the return postage costs. We advise to use a tracked service via Royal Mail and to obtain a proof of postage.
  • If the product is damaged/spoiled in any way, or if you have initiated the return after 14 days has passed, you will no longer be eligible for a refund.
  • Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items discounted 50% off or more. 
  • Items which have been marked with make-up, fake tan, other marks , stains, odours of smoke, perfume, bodily odours or items which have had tags removed will not be refunded and will be posted back to the customer. 
  • Once the item has been received and checked by our team, a refund will be authorised by the same method that the payment was made. We do offer exchanges. 


Please be aware that it can take up to 14 business days for the funds to appear in the customers bank account. If the 14 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at info@adorafashion.co.uk
